In Japan, only the main store in Uji and the Nishidoin store can serve Koyamaen's authentic matcha meals. Other places can only buy peripherals and matcha soft serve ice cream. Yuan'an is the tea house for the official tea ceremony. The strong matcha is quite delicious. The store is very quiet and has a lot of temperament. The matcha cake roll is delicious! The matcha powder used in it is better than the Wako grade matcha.
